Default Committee Structure...

For this event planning forum to work effectively, we're going to need multiple folks to help in multiple areas of the event, such as:

1) Food
2) Group Rides
3) Sponsorship
4) Money
5) Events
6) Location Research
7) Event Supplies

And, there's probably more. If you have a recommendation, please post it in here. The first goal is to come up with a final list of committees we need, then we'll assign people that want to help out. I'm thinking we need a minimum of 3 people/committee and nore more than 2 committee's/volunteer.

Thank you, and if you have a preference to any or experience doing it before for this type of thing, please post which two in order of preference you'd like to be a part of.

I'll take care of the campfire........LOL

I will talk to my employer about sponsor's since I now work for a Polaris Dealer. We sell a buttload of Rangers for the size of dealer we are.

It's official: ACAD54 is in charge of the fire. And we're not talking a regular fire here. I've experienced Chris's fires before and they're something you don't want to miss.

You can definitely hand out the towels in front of the men's restroom.

oh, I suppose Acad already got the womens side? I protest, just because you got to bark at the moon and sing kumbya at his campfire, you're already letting him get the good ones.....
