its not frowned upon they just wouldnt be able to do the events (tug of war) LOL I could see that one.....and as for the prpared meals I am not sure how that would work unless they paid the same as everyone else

If a dirtbike wants to go up against a UTV in a tug of war, I'd be more than happy to watch that!

--------------------------------------------------------

This is something I really need to know as I'm trying to see if I can get prepared financially for this gig. I need to forget about motels and getting me & Rhino there for a moment.
What is all this going to cost me once I get there to participate? If there is a topic that covers this I missed it. Is the only cost to cover meals for the group along the way & everything else as well? Or are there lots of other fees to pay? Anything else we are missing? Permits, individual permits?
Living on a SSDI income here with no safety net, gotta plan well...
Cant work the truckstops along the way home for gas money. :P

edit:
move this to another topic if needed, better yet start a new one so everyone knows what to expect. Nobody likes financial suprises on vacation, or any other time right?

Fixed income or not, all good questions. I may be on a fixed income sooner than I expect to, too

Okay, I got a message back from Kate at Archview:

1) Basic - 4 left
2) Double - 2 left
3) RV sites - 40 left, but not sure of 50A/30A mix
4) Tent Sites - 20 left

That's for the dates of 7-10th, and she said it's a little more open earlier than that. They will be gone on vacation Dec. 22-27th.
