It is ok in the post like this as long as they are not those annoying pop up that slow your system down. or even freeze it up.

Chris, there's going to be more costs than we think with hosting an organized event like this. Insurance, special permit for the BLM, food, supplies like tables, canopies, etc.

I recieved a post from the atvutah site and it says that there isnt much to do from the camp, we will probably have to trailer to most ride spots.

Re: Questions about the Moab area
Reply #16 - Today at 8:02pm there is a pretty extensive trail system that you can ride to from the Archview campground, called the 7-Mile rim trail that can be connected with other trails to extend the ride. i have ridden the 7-Mile rim, (it's a good ride), and i heard there is another system to the east, (Copper Ridge and Bar M) but you will have to trailer to some other rides if you are looking for the best in Moab.
you will probably want to only spend a day or two at the most riding the trails right from the campground. there are too many awesome rides nearby but too far to ride to (can't ride on the roads there like here in MT)

so IMO you can ride from camp, but prepare to trailor if you want the best rides.

well I cant help but wonder when they live and ride these trails all the
time.
and it has nothing to do with what you have said I just posted this to show what I have been told

I just dont want anyone to come away from the event and say well I thought there was more trails

That is why I am going to try to go early andhit some of the far away trails that need to be trailered to.
