Default Where to Stay

For those that dont want to scroll to page 13 of the big thread

Reposted from 2nd Annual Moab UTV Rally...

Alright folks, so, I'd highly recommend that if you know already you're coming to get your accomodations as early as possible. I wouldn't doubt that this year we'll easily see double the attendance we saw last year, so if you want to be close, book now.

If you want unlimited access to the Spanish Trail Arena at any time on your UTV, I'd recommend OK RV Park. The next closest is KOA, then Spanish Trail, which are also within very very short driving distance on UTV's, but we don't have unlimited clearance to ride the roads at anytime we want...YET!

Recommended Accomodations:

OK RV Park – Website – 435-259-1400 – Email 45 RV & 3 Cabins held from 14-18th – Closest location

KOA – Website – 435-259-6682 – Email 19 RV & 24 Cabins held from 13-18th – 2nd Closest location

Spanish Trail RV – Website – 800-787-2751 – Email – 3rd Closest location

Moab Rim RV - Website – 888-599-6622 – Email – RV & Cabins available – 4th Closest location

Canyonlands Campground – Website – 800-522-6848 – RV & Cabins available – 5th Closest location

La Quinta Inn – Website – 435-259-8700 – Email – 10 rooms held – Closest hotel

Comfort Suites – Website – 435-259-5252 – Email – 2nd Closest hotel

Big Horn Lodge – Website – 800-325-6171 – Email – 3rd Closest hotel

NOTE: It’s important that you mention you’re with the UTV Rally to the facilities where we have rooms on hold for you. If you don’t, there’s a chance they’ll say they are booked when they are not.

Hello everyone,

Registration is now open. Please go to: https://www.eventville.com/catalog/e...ventid=1003695 to register each person you plan to have attend.

The organized trail rides have a limit on how many UTV's can register per group and will be based on registration order. So, in essence, if one fills up (i.e. 10 vehicles), you'll be assigned to the second group to leave that day for that specific trail. Nobody will be excluded, but you might not be the first group to head out for the day.

Registration is as follows:

Adults - $50/person
Children (Under 16) - $35/child
T-Shirts (Optional) - $10
Events - $5/person or UTV depending on event
DVD - $20

All registrations are paid through paypal, which you can pay with a paypal account if you have one, or a debit/credit card, online check, or even a draft from your checking account. It's 100% secure, and we're not privy to your personal information, so you have nothing to worry about.

Pre-registered folks will be guaranteed the catered dinner, have a t-shirt at the Rally if you ordered one, and won't be excluded from any of the events due to space restrictions. If you wait to register till you arrive, we'll do our best to accommodate everyone, but there's unfortunately no way for us to guarantee it.

Lastly, if you haven't already, make sure you've completed the UTV requirements: Moab OHV Requirements...Must Read!

And, if you haven't already booked your accomodations, here's a list of places nearby: 2008 Rally Details

If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at:
