We had a great time and look forward to coming again next year.

Positive comments:

For the most part well organized.
Easy, medium and hard trail selections.
The catered supper (the pasta dish) was excellent.

Negative comments:

Have some outlying trail choices for those that can trailer.
Better sound system in the main building.
Stop throwing the free give-aways into the crowd OR stop acting like madmen when the give-aways are tossed.
Have more "general" raffle prizes instead of mostly vehicle specific prizes.

Jim,

Would you mind expanding on some of your comments, so we can make sure to fix these things for next year?

Chris

Have more trail choices for those that can trailer, on the registration form say "this is a trailered ride" and allow no more than say 8-12 tow vehicles because of the limited trail head space depending on trail choice. This will lessen the group sizes of the non trailered "escort" rides and allow more trail choices.

At the dinner I personally understood only about half of what was said through the speakers.

The tossing of the free prizes bopped some people and from what I seen a lot of people were clamoring over tables and people to catch the prizes. I was dissapointed/ dismayed seeing how some people acted just to get a free T-shirt.

With all the different types of vehicles people own, have more "general" prizes that everyone could use such as auxillary lights, tires, rims, tool kits, helmet cams, walkie talkies, winches, etc. Try to stay away from mostly vehicle specific prizes such as roll cages for a specific UTV, skid plates for a specific UTV, bumpers for a specific UTV, LT kits for a specific UTV, etc.

Again I/ we had a great time and DO look forward to coming again next year.

( Next year this shouldn't be an issue if the street legal status goes well, The trailering to a trail was discussed at length but logistically we couldn't pull it off this year. We will be offering a VERY difficult trail for next year...... )

At the dinner I personally understood only about half of what was said through the speakers.

( Don't feel alone, it had too much of an echo too it. )

( Some folks were a little wild I agree, we can work on this issue )

( We have no real control what folks send out for raffle prizes, I am just thankful that companies step up and donate alot of free stuff. If you can get me some contact info I would be more than happy to track down some RR stuff for next year. I won't however tell any of our sponsors what to donate, that is up to them to get the product out that they feel benefits them. We try and let them know what type of vehicles are coming also. )

Thanks Jim! It was nice putting a face with a name and I look forward to getting to ride with some RR guys next year!!

Default raffle and giveaways

desert fox i think most of the raffle and prizes given out were donations by shops and manufactures, So they don't have to much control on what they receive. The good thing is I bought a pro armour chrome bumper from bob the trail guide because he said he didn't have a use for it so he made a couple bucks out of the raffle and saved me about 300$. But general prizes would be good for next year if possible i could use a winch.

I cant speak for anyone on this but my interpritation on what was said is maybe a catergory like windshields and say kawi, yamaha, and artic cat donated windshields whoevers name is drawn first gets first dibs on what model they need one for, And do that in each type of product IE:wheels, cabs, seats/seatcovers, graphics)

I wasnt there obviously so I am just guessing thats what was meant about generalizing the catergorys

obviously lights and such can go on anything but specific model stuff be put in a category with other machine specific for first come first serve

I might be out of place here so I appoligize if that is what you guys did, I dont know what else they could of meant otherwise
