Okay, here's the email I had sent them:

We are looking for a campground/RV park in Moab, UT to host the first
ever UTV Rally, consisting of Yamaha Rhinos, Arctic Cat Prowlers, and
Polaris Rangers. We're looking for a location that has the following:
1) Will we be able to ride straight from the campground to the trails?
|
We are the only campground around Moab, that you can go to the trails without trailering, your ATV's to Alot of trails.

|
We do have an area down around our pool that has several tables and a large grill...and also a group site, No hook-ups at the group site.

4) Is there a big open area that we could do a sled pull competition?
|
We do not have a large area for your competion.
Pets Must be attended at all times.
And, I emailed her back with the following questions:
Kate, thanks so much for the prompt response. I don't think pets will be
an issue, just wanted to ask in case someone brought one. Here's some
additional questions just for clarification:
1) Are pets allowed in the 5 basic cabins?
2) When are you open?
3) We're thinking either middle to late May(not Memorial weekend because
of crowds) or sometime later, but not sure when people start coming
back. We don't have A/C in our vehicles, so would late summer be okay as
well or too hot? We want to try to fit it into most kids school
schedules, because it will be a family event.
4) Do you already have things reserved for the 16-20th of May 2007? If
so, how many of each item is available? Is this a good weekend or too
hot?
5) Is March (Spring Break) a good week for Moab, or still too
cold(snow?)?
6) What are your group rate details?
Chris
P.S. Does anyone else have any questions they'd like answered?
