Hello everyone,
We got our approvals/limits from BLM, and now it's time for everyone to sign up for which trail they want to run each day. Here's a good place to read about the trails we'll be running: Note: If you're signed up for the Poker Run, please make a note of that in the email. It takes the place of the trail run that day for your UTV. Red Rock 4-Wheelers Trail Descriptions So, based on the schedule of events, here are the trails that will be run each day: Wednesday West Moab Trails Depart 10:30 am Hurrah Pass/Chicken Corners - Easy/Scenic Kane Creek - Easy to Difficult depending on how far we make it Cliffhanger - Difficult Moab Rim - Difficult Pritchet Canyon - Experts Only(Damage Likely), Full recovery gear required for each machine, Limited to 10 UTVs total/day East Moab Trails Depart 10:30 am Hell’s Revenge - Moderate to Difficult Routes(Difficult bypasses) Fins N’ Things - Moderate Sand Flats/Porcupine Rim - Easy/Moderate Southeast Trail Departs 10:30 am Steel Bender - Moderate Thursday West Moab Trails Depart 9:30 am Hurrah Pass/Chicken Corners - Easy/Scenic Kane Creek - Easy to Difficult depending on how far we make it Cliffhanger - Difficult Moab Rim - Difficult Pritchet Canyon - Experts Only(Damage Likely), Full recovery gear required for each machine, Limited to 10 UTVs total/day Poker Run - Hurrah Pass/Chicken Corners (If you're registered for the poker run, please indicate this on your trail selections for Thursday) East Moab Trails Depart 9:30 am Hell’s Revenge - Moderate to Difficult Routes(Difficult bypasses) Fins N’ Things - Moderate Sand Flats/Porcupine Rim - Easy/Moderate Southeast Trail Departs 9:30 am Steel Bender - Moderate Friday West Moab Trails Depart 9:30 am Hurrah Pass/Chicken Corners - Easy/Scenic Kane Creek - Easy to Difficult depending on how far we make it Cliffhanger - Difficult Moab Rim - Difficult Pritchet Canyon - Experts Only(Damage Likely), Full recovery gear required for each machine, Limited to 10 UTVs total/day East Moab Trails Depart 9:30 am Hell’s Revenge - Moderate to Difficult Routes(Difficult bypasses) Fins N’ Things - Moderate Sand Flats/Porcupine Rim - Easy/Moderate Southeast Trail Departs 9:30 am Steel Bender - Moderate Saturday West Moab Trails Depart 9:30 am Hurrah Pass/Chicken Corners - Easy/Scenic Kane Creek - Easy to Difficult depending on how far we make it Cliffhanger - Difficult Moab Rim - Difficult Pritchet Canyon - Experts Only(Damage Likely), Full recovery gear required for each machine, Limited to 10 UTVs total/day East Moab Trails Depart 9:30 am Hell’s Revenge - Moderate to Difficult Routes(Difficult bypasses) Fins N’ Things - Moderate Sand Flats/Porcupine Rim - Easy/Moderate Southeast Trail Departs 9:30 am Steel Bender - Moderate So, to sign up for your desired trails, just copy and past the trail you want to run each day into an email to jamie@utvrally.com. Make sure to include only the driver's name...we don't need to know all the passengers for this. Trail sign ups and cutoffs are based on #'s of vehicles, not people, per day. So, if you've already registered, make sure you do this ASAP. For new registrations, it will be added to the registration process soon. But, if you register between now and when I get it added to the registration, make sure you complete the process above. Once a trail fills up, you'll be asked to sign up for a different trail that day, so act fast so you and your friends can all ride together. There will be no changes to the rides when you arrive like we did last year, so pick your trails wisely. I'll update the trail sheets as I get emails in, so if one is full by the time you sign up, I'll reply to your email and let you know you need to pick a different trail for that day. I'll also confirm your trail selections when I receive yours, so if you don't hear from me, email me again to make sure I got it. If you have any questions, feel free to email us or reply to this thread with your questions: jamie@utvrally.com Thanks, Chris P.S. If you're not registered for the event already, I'd highly recommend it. If you show up at the event last minute, you may not be able to pick exactly the trails you want to run because of the capacity limitations. Also, please read this: Order Extra T-Shirts Please! I see the events start an hour later on the first day, I assume to allow completion of the registration, but how long of a day should we expect for the rides? I would think we will have large variations based on trails, and the numbers in each group, but are we talking 3 to 4 hours, or 10 to 12 hours, can you give me a ballpark? First timer, so any info is appreciated. Thanx- Kirk |

We missed you last year and it will be good to see you again this year. I also agree with Kyle about cliffhanger being a little tricky. We did it last year but we are staying away from cliffhanger this year

Cliffhanger definitely gives you a different taste of of a difficult style trail than the rest of Moab. It's a lot of fun!
