( Next year this shouldn't be an issue if the street legal status goes well, The trailering to a trail was discussed at length but logistically we couldn't pull it off this year. We will be offering a VERY difficult trail for next year...... )
At the dinner I personally understood only about half of what was said through the speakers.
( Don't feel alone, it had too much of an echo too it. )
The tossing of the free prizes bopped some people and from what I seen a lot of people were clamoring over tables and people to catch the prizes. I was dissapointed/ dismayed seeing how some people acted just to get a free T-shirt.
( Some folks were a little wild I agree, we can work on this issue )
With all the different types of vehicles people own, have more "general" prizes that everyone could use such as auxillary lights, tires, rims, tool kits, helmet cams, walkie talkies, winches, etc. Try to stay away from mostly vehicle specific prizes such as roll cages for a specific UTV, skid plates for a specific UTV, bumpers for a specific UTV, LT kits for a specific UTV, etc.
( We have no real control what folks send out for raffle prizes, I am just thankful that companies step up and donate alot of free stuff. If you can get me some contact info I would be more than happy to track down some RR stuff for next year. I won't however tell any of our sponsors what to donate, that is up to them to get the product out that they feel benefits them. We try and let them know what type of vehicles are coming also. )
Again I/ we had a great time and DO look forward to coming again next year.
