Hello everyone,

As the owner and host of the UTV Rally, it's been my pleasure, with the help of many great people, to put together events over the past four years that have been such a tremendous success for our participants, sponsors/vendors, and the local Moab community. Over the years, we've grown and experienced some of the best riding and camaraderie we could have ever imagined together. Without all the support from our sponsors/vendors, participants, the local Moab businesses, and the local police, the Moab UTV Rally could have never grown to the amazing event we all love. We couldn't have done it without all of you, and the friendships we've established over the years have been awesome.

As many of you know, Jamie and I were married on New Years Eve ’09. We couldn’t be happier, but with that comes a new phase in our lives. Needless to say, we never thought the day would come when we’d have to choose whether to host another UTV Rally or not, but it's time for us to focus our time and energy towards establishing our new lives together. We are looking towards starting a family, building a house and “settling down” together in the coming year. And, unfortunately, the time and energy needed to continue hosting the UTV Rally far exceeds what we'll have in 2010/2011.

We have been blessed by the UTV Rally and the friends we have made over the years. We can’t thank you enough for what each of you have contributed – your attendance, participation, sponsorships, promotions, relationships – that have grown the UTV Rally to be one of the best off-roading events in Moab! We will miss seeing you at the event this year, but are really excited about our future and finding out what new adventures are in store for us. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to send them our way. We hope to see you out on the trails in the near future and please keep in touch!

You know, you just hijacked your own thread. And if I answer your question that makes me an accessory.....


Yes we did though we had a smaller turn out then usual. We did Seven Mile Rim with Wipeout Hill, Lockhart Basin (a very long day), Hells Revenge (John wanted to do the chute) he flipped backwards but was unhurt, then the last day us and Dave did Poison Spider but Dave broke down a few miles in, had to tow him out.

It sounds like you guys had an eventful trip for sure. I still haven't personally run all the trails up north and would like to do that the next time I'm there. If you guys ever come East, let me know. I can definitely show you some great places to ride.
