Everyone,
It's reasons like these that make me, Kyle, and Michelle have a hard time not loving putting on this event. It's times like this that just goes to prove that all of you, even those we haven't met yet till this year are quality friends or soon to be friends. I've been inundated with tons of emails of folks ordering more shirts and DVDs, and I can't say enough at how much this means to me, Kyle, and Michelle.
Sometimes, I'll be honest, that I get frustrated with companies in this business that are obviously in it to make money(which they should be), but forget about the people that help them stay in business. I'm not saying everyone feels this way, but at times like us human beings do, we like to dwell on the negative frustrating aspects of doing this event. Heck, look at the news these days...there's more negative crap on there that it's no wonder it's so much easier to dwell on the negative side of things. But, when it's all said and done, the reality is that regardless of who bails on us in the end with their financial support, me, Kyle and Michelle are doing our best to put on the same great event we have for the past two years. And, regardless if I end up in the hole personally or not, please understand that we're committed to this event more-so than we ever have been.
Its you guys that we put this event on for, not the money. Originally, I came up with the idea as a way to get a bunch of people that love to ride together and ride the most epic trails they've ever ridden combined with developing new and existing friendships along the way. And, I have to say, I couldn't have done it without Kyle and Michelle's help. We're a team dedicated to your enjoyment, and we honestly get a big kick out of hearing about your day's adventures, how people pushed their limits way past their comfort levels, and how when they leave the event and their new friends, they'll hopefully never forget it.
I can't say enough, and I think I can speak for Kyle and Michelle here too, how much we appreciate the genuine concern and caring individuals that you all are. If we keep moving in this direction, I'm looking forward to putting on the most memorable UTV event you've ever been to.
And, next year, I think we're going to mix it up even more, so stay tuned...we may just let everyone know ahead of time...or maybe not! There's no tellin'!
Chris, Kyle, & Michelle
P.S. If I haven't responded to your trail selections or t-shirt orders, please understand I'm still trying to sort through literally hundreds of emails. I'll send everyone, once organized a confirmation email with their trail selections. In fact, if might even be easier if I post it on the forum so everyone can confirm their selections.
