Kevin, make me a set, and I'll catch you at Moab. I have an aluminum set now, but think the thicker ones like you are building would be better. I've had to hammer mine out twice, and I keep ripping the washers off because they are'nt seating all the way down due to thinner metal. Hmmmm, maybe I should just raise it up? Taller tires, expensive shocks, long travel arms....NOT!
